Annette Sebesto Client Service Officer Annette began her career in the financial services industry in New Jersey almost thirty years ago as bank officer, manager of loan operations and a lender. In 2001 she moved to Florida and joined Bernstein Investment Research and Management. In this role she provided monthly and quarterly reporting, client service, prepared presentations and supported a team of three advisors and their associates. In 2003 Annette joined SunTrust Bank in Palm Beach, Florida as an executive assistant for the senior vice president and regional manager of South Florida. Her responsibilities included maintaining calendars for management, travel arrangements, event planning, weekly reporting, client servicing, and the day-to-day operations of the Palm Beach office. Annette then worked as a personal assistant for a private family in Palm Beach. She maintained their calendar, arranged their social events, answered correspondence, proofed financial statements and provided them with consolidated reporting, and handled any other requests the family might have. In 2007 Annette joined Carl Domino, Inc. as an executive assistant. In this position she maintained the calendar for the senior partners, coordinated travel arrangements, handled correspondence, managed expense reports, organized client meetings, prepared presentations for clients and the board of directors, assisted with quarterly client reporting, and was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office. Annette joined Intracoastal Family Office in January 2015 as a Client Service Officer. She is responsible for opening new accounts, assisting in asset transfers, supporting the senior vice presidents, client service, client reporting, and the day-to-day operations of the West Palm Beach office. Annette has lived in South Florida for fifteen years. She loves dogs and serves as a volunteer for Genesis Assistance Dogs, Inc.
